My take on the Australian classic ‘The Kingston’. A delicious oaty ANZAC biscuit joined with a milk chocolate, these absolutely hit the spot with a hot cuppa. Depending on humidity these are baked to be cruchy - but for a softer biscuit pop into a tin with another variety of biscuit and they will soften right up.
A ‘Bakers Dozen’ (13) Little Gem biscuits packed into a biodegradable bag; placed into a window box with a light green label.
Best within four to eight weeks of bake date.
